I first read Elizabeth von Arnim because an Italian friend suggested I read “All the Dogs of my Life,” her very tart and very merry memoir. i think there is one more book of hers in print.
Where does one find “all the dogs of my life”?
When I can’t find a book, I go to Betterworld.com, which sells used books and donates the proceeds to literacy programs. They have an astonishing inventory.
