I knew the Sischys when Ben and I served on the Board of the Jewish Home in Rochester. Ben was an oncologist, David an internist, Mark a lawyer in Edinburgh, and Clare a fantastic, brave woman. The descriptions of characters in your book immediately made me think of the Sischys.

I never met Ingrid but heard a great deal about her and have followed her career.

Do you know the story of how the Sischys fled South Africa?

I just finished reading She is Me….I believe you must know the Sischys – Ben, Clare, Mark, David and Ingrid………Am I right?
